Q: Why am I receiving a Biblical Recorder but have never paid for one?

A: Your copy may be coming from the Baptist State Convention. They send complimentary copies of the Biblical Recorder to church leaders. Also, your church may subscribe to our “Every Home” plan they may add you to their list automatically.

Q: Our church is renewing annual subscriptions.  Our pastor receives a copy but his name does not show up on our subscription list. Why?

A: Each church receives one complimentary subscription labeled “Pastor.”  The people listed on the subscription list are paid subscribers only.

Q: I called or wrote in with an address change request last week.  This issue of Biblical Recorder that I have just received still reflects my old address. Why hasn’t it been changed?

A: We may have received your request after the mailing list was processed (it is processed several days in advance of printing). Also, your copies could be coming from the Baptist State Convention (they send complimentary copies to church leaders). We do not have access to their mailing list but do forward all requests to them. You may still receive a few issues before the changes can be made.

Q: Our church subscribes through a club plan. However, we do not renew subscriptions for several months now. I have several members who would like to join our subscription plan. Do I need to wait until our annual renewal to add them?

A: No. Subscriptions can be added at any time throughout the year. If you send in the request, we will add them to your list and send you an invoice for the pro-rated amount. You may also make deletions, corrections, or address changes throughout the year.
